Spiritual direction is a setting where the focus is on your relationship with God in relation to your life. Every person has struggles and challenges. Spiritual direction offers you a place to talk about them that is prayerful, safe, and confidential.
Spiritual directors, who may also be called spiritual companions, spiritual guides, or spiritual friends, are people who have walked this path for some time. They can walk with us along the Way. They may simply be known as someone who walks closely with God, and they may have formal training in spiritual direction.
Spiritual direction may occur in individual sessions or as a group. Each are described in separate sections below this tab.
