Larry was a pastor for forty years with two seminary degrees (MDiv and ThM) and has a two-year Certificate of Completion in Spiritual Direction from the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation.

Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association (ESDA) . Click here to read or download the Guidelines. - The Triangle area of Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill, NC is the location of Companions along the Way. The primary means for offering this ministry is by Zoom. Missionaries, military, or persons in long distance or remote situations are welcome. You may inquire at the phone or email listed at the bottom of this page. Retreats are conducted at church locations or retreat centers.
